കേന്ദ്ര/സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ ജോലികൾക്ക് തയ്യാറെടുക്കുന്ന ബിരുദധാരികളായ ഉദ്ദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക്  

സെന്റർ ഫോർ ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ആൻഡ് ഗൈഡൻസ് ഇന്ത്യ (സിജി) എൺപതിനായിരം രൂപ വീതം സ്കോളർഷിപ് നൽകുന്നു.

# ഈ മാസം പത്താം തീയതി മുതൽ SSR അപ്‌ലോഡിങ് ആരംഭിക്കുകയാണ്. QMG കൾക്ക് ഡാറ്റ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന നടത്താൻ ഏതാനും ദിവസങ്ങൾ അപ് ലോഡിങ്ങിന് മുൻപായി ആവശ്യമാണല്ലോ. അതിനാൽ QMG കൾക്ക് നൽകാനുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ കഴിവതുംവേഗം കൊടുത്തുതീർക്കുവാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുമല്ലോ.

# Polling officers  രാവിലെ 9.15 ന് സെമിനാർ ഹാളിൽ നിന്ന് പോളിങ്ങ് സാധനങ്ങൾ കൈപറ്റേണ്ടതാണ്. വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് സമയം 9.30 മുതൽ 11.15 വരെ ആണ്. കൗണ്ടിങ്ങ് 11.30 ന് ശേഷo മാത്രം തുടങ്ങുക. വോട്ടിങ്ങിനു ശേഷം കുട്ടികളെ കോളേജിൽ നിന്നും പറഞ്ഞു വിടാൻ HOD മാർ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട താണ്

 

# Teachers are reminded to mark the absentees in the students' attendance book every hour. Some of the columns in certain attendance books seem to be unmarked. Class tutors are requested to ensure the entry in every column. Free hour, library hour, other common activities etc. can be entered in the respective column as remarks. Attendance should be given to those who are present in the class. The application for granting attendance can be attached with the book. This will help the office staff to maintain the authentic data in PAAMS.

By next week, we are planning to complete the generation of OBE-related attainment sheets from PAAMS. To achieve this, we need to complete two tasks by the end of this week:     
                                                           
(i) We must finalize the external mark entry in PAAMS (Academic ---> Evaluation ---> External Mark Entry/Edit). We can download semester-wise consolidated results from the Mahatma Gandhi University Admission & Exam Management System, which we are using for internal mark entry verification.

(ii) You are required to create an OBE-style format for each course. To do this, we need specific details about the course, such as the CO-PO Mapping matrix and the CO-PSO mapping matrix. These details can be obtained from our college website (Download ---> Learning Outcome ---> Curriculum Framework).

Please complete the work within this Friday.
