## Dear Teachers,
Student Academic Support Cell of Pavanatma College has conducted a Pre-Test for the First Year Degree students on 27 July 2023.
The class tutors are requested to conduct a retest on 1 August 2023 for the students who were absent.
Duration of the test is 30 minutes.
Question papers shall be collected from Ms. Anju Augustine (Asst. Professor, Department of Chemistry) after 10.30 am.
Kindly ensure that the mark lists are returned before 1.30 pm.

IQAC നൽകിയ ഈയാഴ്ചത്തെ ചെക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് ഇന്ന് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുമല്ലോ. ഒപ്പം ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റുകളിൽ QMG 1 ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് ഓർമിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ കൈമാറുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി QMG 1 ന്റെ ഭാരവാഹികൾ ഇന്ന് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റുകളിൽ  വന്നുകൊള്ളും.

All the class tutors are requested to conduct the test on 27 July 2023 at 11.00 am. Duration of the test is 30 minutes.
Question papers and the mark sheets will be distributed to the tutors before 10.40 am.
Kindly ensure that the mark lists are returned with the signatures of the tutors and HODs before 3 pm.

ഇന്ന് ( 11/07/2023) ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12.00 മണിക്ക് സ്റ്റുഡന്റ് മെന്റേഴ്സിന്റെ ഒരു മീറ്റിംഗ്  സെമിനാർ ഹാളിൽ ചേരുന്നു. സെക്കന്റ് & ഫൈനൽ യുജി, ഫൈനൽ പിജി എന്നീ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ നിലവിലുള്ള Student mentors നെ പറഞ്ഞു വിടുവാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുമല്ലോ .. ഒന്നാം വർഷ ബിരുദ ക്ലാസുകളിലെ ടോപ് സ്കോറർമാരായ ഓരോ ആൺകുട്ടിയെയും പെൺകുട്ടിയെയും HoD /ട്യൂട്ടർമാർ പറഞ്ഞയയ്ക്കണമെന്നും ഓർമിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ മാർക്ക് വാങ്ങിയവരാണ് സാധാരണ സ്റ്റുഡന്റ് മെന്റർ മാർ. 

#ഒന്നാം വർഷ ഡിഗ്രി ക്ലാസുകളിൽ ആയിരിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ പേരുകൾ ഓഫിസിൽ നിന്നും നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം ഓഫീസിൽ അറിയിക്കു മല്ലോ.

#ഇന്ന് മുതൽ പുതിയതായി വരുന്ന ഒന്നാം വർഷക്കാരുടെ പേരു കൂടി തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന അറ്റൻഡൻസ് ഷീറ്റിൽ എഴുതി ചേർക്കുമല്ലോ. അടുത്ത ആഴ്ച പുതിയ ഷീറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

#ഒന്നാം വർഷ ഡിഗ്രി ക്ലാസുകൾ ഈ മാസം 10 - തിങ്കളാഴ്ച ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. രാവിലെ 10 മണിക്ക് കുട്ടികളും പേരന്റ്സും ക്ലാസുകളിൽ എത്തുമ്പോൾ അവർക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ നിർദേശങ്ങളും ടൈം ടേബിളും HOD മാരും ക്ലാസ് ട്യൂട്ടർമാരും നൽകുമല്ലോ. 11 മണിക്ക് കോളേജ് ചാപ്പലിൽ വി.കുർബാന .12 മണിക്ക് ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിൽ പൊതുസമ്മേളനം, മെറിറ്റ് ഡേ. ഓരോ ക്ലാസ് മെന്റർമാരും പുതിയതായി ചേർന്ന കുട്ടികളുടെ വാട്സാപ്പ് ഗ്രൂപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി വിവരം അറിയിക്കുമല്ലോ. സീനിയേഴ്സിന് അന്ന് ക്ലാസ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കില്ല. 🙏
