Progression, Placement and Competitive Examination Passed (2018-19 to 2022-23) എന്ന മെട്രിക്കിൽ നമ്മൾ മുൻപ് വിവരശേഖരണം നടത്തിയതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റുകൾ ഒന്നുകൂടി ശ്രമിച്ചാൽ അല്പം കൂടി ഡാറ്റ നമുക്ക് ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. 100 പുതിയ data കൂടി ലഭിച്ചാൽ നമുക്ക് ഈ മെട്രിക്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ മാർക്കും ലഭിക്കും.
നിലവിൽ ശേഖരിച്ച ഡേറ്റയിൽ 2018-19 മുതലുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളിൽ Placement, Progression and Competitive Examination Passed എന്നിവയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്തവരുടെ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ലിസ്റ്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റുകളിൽ എത്തിച്ചു കൊള്ളാം. പ്രസ്തുത ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് പ്ലെയ്സ്മെന്റോ പ്രോഗ്രഷനോ, മത്സരപരീക്ഷാ വിജയമോ ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും. ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ സപ്പോർട്ടിംഗ് ഡോക്യുമെന്റുകൾ കൂടി വാങ്ങിയെടുക്കണം.

Rules & Regulations for Tour Programmes
Study tours conducted by the college are part of the academic programmes. The following instructions should be strictly followed by the students with regard to study tours:
Only final year students are allowed to organize study tours. However, industrial visits (one day) can be arranged in other semesters, if it is part of the syllabus or curriculum.
Only two working days are allowed for tour programme. In cases of study tours being compulsory under curriculum of a programme, the number of days will be fixed accordingly.
Tour activities are undertaken under the guidance and supervision of at least two teachers, of whom one is a lady teacher. The teacher-student ratio in the tour group should be 1:20.
All the tour related accounts are to be audited by the department heads or senior permanent teachers immediately after the tour.
Any act of indiscipline while on tour shall be considered as an act of indiscipline committed on the campus and will attract punitive action.
The booking of tourist bus and the agreement shall be signed at the college by the Principal or the Faculty member assigned by him.
Vehicle fitness, registration certificate, and driving license will be examined by the college authorities prior to the tour. First aid kit and necessary medicines should be kept ready.
Tour details should be intimated the RTO office with the list of students and the name of faculty in charge. ( email: kl06.mvd@kerala.gov.in)
Before embarking on the excursion, a detailed report on the tour and the vehicle should be given to the police station.
The bus journey has to start from college campus itself and return to the college campus within the stipulated time.
A route map with detailed itinerary showing places of visit, departure/ arrival time , places of stay, details of industry visiting, mode of travel etc and list of students, faculty accompanying to be submitted to the Principal with recommendation of HOD as early as possible for approval of tour programme.
The itinerary and travel plan are to be worked out well in advance and circulate them amongst the parents/guardians of the students who are setting out on journey. Any representation or suggestions made by parents in these regards can be taken into consideration in the interest of the successful and safe organization of expedition.
In case of any delay or changes in travel plan (due to unexpected holidays like harthal etc.) it should be informed to HOD and Principal.
The Principal is the final authority for the approval and modification of the educational tour.
In order to meet the Government of Kerala circular, no bus journey is allowed at nights (11 p.m to 4 a.m). Refer Govt. of Kerala, Higher Education (J) Department order No. 11170/J2/13/H.Edn dated 27.05.2013
It is mandatory to elicit consent letters from the parents/guardians of the students who are embarking on tour.
Before proceeding on tour all the students should be properly briefed about the geography, climate, hazardous locations and risk zones existing in the proposed destination, codes on environmental protection, emergency procedures and basic first aid. Teachers should further remind the participants of the importance of safety precautions, team spirit and discipline.
All students & faculty participating in study tour should keep the I/D with them and a list of members in the group certified by the Principal.
Students should be allowed to carry personal communication devices such as mobile phones and should be instructed to remain in constant touch with their parents / guardians. This would also facilitate casualty handling and communication in the event of an emergency.
Use of alcohol/ drugs and smoking etc are not allowed and strict action will be taken against the students involved in such activities. Each and every member of the party should try to see that his/ her conduct while on tour enhances the prestige and reputation of the institution.
Campus and the surroundings shall not be polluted by noise, crackers, explosives, garland or any conduct of similar nature.
In no case, strangers and persons not mentioned in the tour list shall be permitted to enter the bus.
Students must remain in groups of at least three or four students. It is crucial that groups stay together at all times. It is of the utmost importance that your Group Leader knows where you are. Remember that you are part of a group. It is highly improper to keep others waiting so always be on time for scheduled activities and departures.
Leave jewellery or other valuable items at home. The college cannot be responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the trip.
The accompanying faculty and the students Tour Coordinator should submit a detailed report to the Principal on the study tour within 3 days on returning from tour.
The directions given by UGC, Government, and M.G University from time to time will have to be strictly adhered to.
